Roger A Brown

​Roger A Brown & Company (RABco) was established in 1966 when Roger Brown decided to start his own CPA firm after serving as controller for the Stuart Company. Roger, and his wife Linda, began by providing tax and bookkeeping services to doctors and pharmacies in Southern California.

Through quality service and word of mouth, Roger A Brown & Company’s clientele has grown over the last 50 years to include a range of high net worth individuals and families in the areas of real estate, law, sports, music and film.

    Partner

    Scott has been an integral part of the RABco Services team since 1982. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California in 1981 and worked at Deloitte & Touche. With Scott’s over 30 years of experience, he is able to advise his clients on their entire financial situation—focusing on the big picture, not just small pieces.

    Michael Brown

    Partner

    Michael Brown is the managing partner of Roger A Brown & Company LLP, a CPA firm with over 60 years of experience serving ultra high net worth families and small to medium sized businesses across the country. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and holds an undergraduate and masters degree from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is also a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

    Michael began his career at Deloitte and Touche out of college where he led teams which were engaged with fortune 500 companies until he joined Roger A Brown & Company. Throughout his career he has had the privilege of providing wealth transfer planning to family estates surpassing a billion dollars and helping his clients successfully navigate transactions in excess of $100 million.
